Lindsay Yeomans (Chairman)

After completing formal qualifications in 1973 and subsequent interesting vocational positions, Lindsay launched The Armory in 1980 as a Foodservice specialist communications agency.

Over the next 30 years plus The Armory has developed with the industry it is passionate about! With his partner, Lorraine Lovelock, the company is seen as being at the forefront of Foodservice communications, and with its integrated marketing approach, has assisted many organisations in launching new Foodservice companies, brands and products.

"Foodservice is an exciting business to be in - if you're not, you don't know what you are missing!" 


   

Sissel Rosengren (Deputy Chairperson)

For the past 12 years, Sissel has specialised in the Foodservice industry, particularly in the Asia/Pacific region - having worked for a number of years in Malaysia. She has been responsible for many Foodservice studies in South East Asia and Scandanavia as well as providing strategic consultancy to global food and beverage companies.

Sissel heads up B.I.S. Shrapnel's Foodservice business unit.


   

Steve Ward (Treasurer)

Steve is the Director of Core Element, a Foodserice specific recruitment organisation. He has been in the industry for fifteen years with companies such as George Weston Foods, Simplot, Frito Lay and Arnotts.

Steve is the proud father of Benjamin and Matthew! He is a mad runner and stand-up paddle boarder and would walk over hot coals for a good pizza and bottle of shiraz!


   

Paul Scells (Director)

Paul has been in the Foodservice industry for more than 20 years. He has held senior sales and management positions with companies such as Frito Lay, Goodman Fielder, Fresh Foods and the Chandler Macleod Group.

He is currently Sales Director with AB Mauri.

He interests include golf, surfing, fishing and running.


   

Cecil Louw (Director)

Cecil is Head of Marketing for Nestle Professional and has been in the Food and Beverage industry his entire career, predominantly with multi-national companies.

He has worked in South Africa and New Zealand in various marketing roles.

Cecil is active in sport ranging from soccer to swimming and running.


   

Ian Holmes (Director)

Currently working with McCormick Foods Australia as Industrial and Foodservice Sales Manager, Ian has been in the industry for 21 years.

During this time he has worked for leading companies such as Allowrie Foods, Bonlac Foods, Goodman Fielder Foodservice, Foodservice Associates and Colonial Farm.

Ian is a passionate supporter of the Foodservice sector.

Having lived and worked in three states, he has a solid understandng of the Foodservice distributor and end user network.

Ian enjoys overseas vacations with his family, dining with friends and most sports, particularly rugby league.


   

Adam King (Director)

Adam is working with Murray Goulburn Co-operative as National Business Manager in the Foodservice division. Adam has loved working with the people of the Foodservice sector over the last four years. This makes him a relative new comer to the field, although he has been in the FMCG industry for close to 20 years and has worked with companies such as PepsiCo, Brownes, Unilever & Patties Foods.

Adam is a mad Essendon supporter (AFL), loves his motorsport and exploring new places to dine with family and friends.


   

Vince Crawley (Chief Executive Officer)

Vince has been in the industry for 40 years, starting as an apprentice cook at QANTAS. He has owned a restaurant, taught at TAFE and held senior positions in general management, sales, marketing and strategic development with major companies such as Chefs Pride, Goodman Fielder and Uncle Tobys.

Vince's interets include baseball, most other sports, cooking, meeting people and music.
