    CHAIRPERSON

    Chairperson and CEO of Raptis Group, Ken brings 27 years of food industry experience across Sales, Operations, Product Development, and Quality Assurance. He holds a Bachelor’s in Food Technology (Honours) from the University of Queensland and an MBA from Queensland University of Technology.

    John Hart OAM is a highly respected leader with over 30 years of experience in the tourism, hospitality, and foodservice industries. As Chair of Policy & Advocacy for the FoodService Association Australia (FSAA), John brings a deep understanding of the supply chain, strong connections in Canberra, and a proven track record in driving policy reforms. His leadership is instrumental in representing FSAA members and addressing critical industry challenges, ensuring the association continues to champion the future of foodservice in Australia.

    Vice Chairperson and Head of Unilever Food Solutions Australia & New Zealand – CD, Jacob excels in FMCG and Foodservice sectors. His leadership fosters growth, innovation, and high-performing teams, underpinned by strong financial acumen and strategic resource allocation.

    Treasurer and founder of The Armory, a communications agency dedicated to the foodservice industry since 1980. With a career starting in 1973, Lindsay has launched numerous companies and brands, positioning The Armory as a leader in foodservice communications.

    CEO and Secretary of FSAA, Minnie offers over two decades of industry leadership and project management expertise. She is dedicated to building industry relationships and enhancing specialised member services, aiming to develop emerging foodservice supply chain leaders.
