Evelyn Zhang is an up-and-coming harpist currently completing her Bachelor of Music (Performance) at the Sydney Conservatorium, mentored by Louise Johnson.

Lyndey is a distinguished figure in the Australian food and wine scene, with over 40 years of experience that extends far beyond the kitchen. Awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia, she's a respected chef and a sought-after consultant and TV personality.
