FSAA CELEBRATES THE AUSTRALIAN FOODSERVICE INDUSTRY
Our Annual Awards for Excellence is being held on September 12, 2023 at Doltone House Jones Bay Wharf. The night starts at 6.30PM.

PRE EVENT ENTERTAINMENT: ANNABELLE KIM ON VIOLIN
Annabelle Kim is a distinguished Sydney-based violinist with an AMEB Associate Diploma and a Bachelor of Music Performance from the Conservatorium of Music. Earning her AMusA at age twelve, she secured a full scholarship at Pymble Ladies' College and served as Concert-Master. Her performances have graced international venues in Italy and Brazil. In teaching, she has a track record of students excelling in AMEB exams across all levels. With a focus on personalised instruction, Annabelle offers a comprehensive and enriching learning experience for aspiring violinists.

PRE EVENT ENTERTAINMENT: EVELYN ZHANG ON HARP
Evelyn Zhang is an up-and-coming harpist currently completing her Bachelor of Music (Performance) at the Sydney Conservatorium, mentored by Louise Johnson. She's showcased her talents in orchestral projects like Western Sydney Philharmonic and with various conservatorium orchestras. Fluent in both English and Chinese, Evelyn also offers private tutoring based on Salzedo harp techniques. Her ultimate aim? To delve deeper into the essence of music, enriching both her own performances and her teaching style.

ENTERTAINMENT
The Sweet Chilli All-Stars are pumped to bring their high-energy feel-good live music to the 2023 FSAA Awards for Excellence. Playing the big hits from artists like Fleetwood Mac, David Bowie, The Police, Michael Jackson, Tina Turner, Bon Jovi, INXS, Dragon, Jimmy Barnes & more, band members have played with the who's-who of the Australian music scene including Jon Stevens (Noiseworks), Shannon Noll, Angry Anderson (Rose Tattoo). Glen Shorrock (Little River Band) & Sarah McLeod (Superjesus) to name just a few. So dust off your dance moves & get set to celebrate another year of excellence with The Sweet Chilli All-Stars & the FSAA.

EVENT MC
Lyndey Milan OAM is the Host for the FSAA 2023 Awards for Excellence. Lyndey is a distinguished figure in the Australian food and wine scene, with over 40 years of experience that extends far beyond the kitchen. Awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia, she's a respected chef and a sought-after consultant and TV personality. Always looking ahead, Lyndey is a strong advocate for local producers and the future of our culinary scene, mentoring new talent through her innovative program, Tasting Success. With a keen eye for innovation, she advises Australian producers and businesses and is intrigued by how technology can evolve the industry. Welcome, Lyndey!
